A Nampa resident since 2015 and a Melba native, Martell knows the area’s blend of small-town charm and convenience inside and out. “I love that everything is close by—my work, my favorite stores, and the places that feel like home,” Martell shares.

Though new to the real estate industry, Martell brings a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building. “The best part of being a Sales Associate is forming genuine connections and building trust,” Martell says. “It’s not just about the transaction—it’s about making people feel heard and supported.”

Martell’s passion for helping others extends beyond real estate. Whether it’s dog sitting for neighbors or lending a hand in the garden, she takes pride in being someone people can rely on. She’s also an active gym-goer and loves outdoor activities like camping, swimming, hiking, and volleyball in the summer—and snowboarding or playing piano during Idaho’s colder months.

Gaming is one of Martell’s favorite pastimes. “I love strategy and team-based games—they’ve taught me how to think fast, work together, and adapt. Those same skills help me in real-world situations with clients.”
